What Are Radial Fibers?
Radial fibers are medical laser delivery fibers that emit energy radially—around the circumference of the tip—rather than forward. This design distributes light evenly along tissue walls, minimizing hot spots and improving clinical outcomes.
Lumin Fiber’s radial fibers are available in 400 µm and 600 µm core sizes, compatible with wavelengths from 810 to 1940 nm, and sterilized for single-use medical procedures.
